Datorita ingredientelor active din compozitia ei, crema are actiune multipla: estompeaza petele, protejeaza impotriva radiatiilor UV si reduce hiperpigmentarea. Prin efectul lor decolorant, extractele de lamaie si papadie atenueaza petele deja formate. Avand proprietati de protectie UV, dioxidul de titan previne aparitia pistruilor. Sarurile de bismut reduc hiperpigmentatia, inactivand reactia de formare a melaninei.
